A native Miamian, growing up in Coral Gables, attended Sunset Elementary, Ponce De Leon Junior High, and graduated from Coral Gables Senior High. Charlette is a graduate of Florida State University. After spending eight years with Pan American World Airways as a flight attendant, instructor, and assistant manager of flight attendant training, she affiliated with Coldwell Banker entering management 3 years later.
She was a top producer in the company before becoming a branch manager. Under her guidance, the Coral Gables office has been the #1 office in the state, has been named a Premier Office for Coldwell Banker, and, the office was ranked #1 in performance throughout the United States. Charlette is a President’s Council-Manager for Coldwell Banker and holds the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury designation for luxury marketing.

Charlette is a non-competing branch manager whose focus is assisting agents to achieve their real estate goals. They hold optional weekly coaching and mentoring classes in addition to being readily available to help independent agents with the many questions that come up on a daily basis in the real estate world. This daily interaction with the agents has guided many agents to successful transactions!
